Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MarTech engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Proven hands-on expertise with the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), specifically RTCDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Deep understanding of the Experience Data Model (XDM) and JSON-based schema design.
• Strong background in data ingestion (REST APIs, cloud storage connections, streaming endpoints) and data integration strategies.
• Experience with identity management, profile stitching, and building unified customer profiles.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of marketing automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data architectures within the Adobe Experience Platform, focusing on RTCDP and AJO.
• Architect and maintain XDM schemas ensuring standardized data taxonomies across the organization.
• Configure data ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming) from various enterprise sources into AEP.
• Define and configure identity resolution frameworks and merge policies to build unified customer profiles.
• Collaborate with CRM and Marketing to build cross-channel journeys in AJO.
• Create and manage advanced audience segments within RTCDP for activation across marketing destinations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data flows with emphasis on data quality, governance, and privacy.
