Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MarTech engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Proven hands-on expertise with the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), specifically RTCDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Deep understanding of the Experience Data Model (XDM) and JSON‑based schema design.
• Strong background in data ingestion (REST APIs, cloud storage connections, streaming endpoints) and data integration strategies.
• Experience with identity management, profile stitching, and building unified customer profiles.
• Proficiency in querying languages (SQL) and an understanding of marketing automation workflows.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate marketing objectives into technical data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data architectures within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), focusing heavily on RTCDP and AJO.
• Architect and maintain the Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas, ensuring standardized data taxonomies across the organization.
• Configure data ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming) from various enterprise sources into AEP.
• Define and configure identity resolution frameworks and merge policies to build comprehensive, unified customer profiles.
• Partner with CRM and Marketing teams to build and orchestrate complex, cross‑channel customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Create and manage advanced audience segments within RTCDP for activation across various marketing destinations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data flows, ensuring high data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and cross‑functional teams regarding AEP best practices.
