AgileEngine is seeking a Data Architect specialized in the Adobe Experience Platform to unify customer data enterprise-wide. You will design RTCDP and AJO solutions, craft XDM schemas, and set up identity resolution frameworks for unified profiles.

You will partner with marketing and analytics to drive data ingestion, activation, and cross-channel journeys while mentoring junior engineers in AEP best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MarTech, or Data Engineering.
• Hands-on with Adobe Experience Platform, RTCDP, and AJO.
• Strong knowledge of XDM and JSON-based schema design.
• Experience with data ingestion, identity management, and unified customer profiles.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data architectures within AEP, focusing on RTCDP and AJO.
• Maintain the Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas with standardized taxonomies.
• Configure batch and streaming data ingestion pipelines into AEP.
• Define identity resolution frameworks and merge policies for unified profiles.
• Collaborate with CRM and Marketing to orchestrate cross-channel journeys in AJO.
• Create and manage advanced audience segments within RTCDP for activation.
• Troubleshoot data flows and mentor junior engineers on AEP best practices.
