Job summary

REAch2 Academy Trust is seeking an ambitious SENDCo for Concordia Academy. You will manage SEND provision, promote high-quality teaching, and work with leadership and the inclusion team to ensure high standards and safeguarding for all pupils.

Qualifications

• Experience as SENDCo is advantageous but training is provided.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain high classroom standards.
• Passion for SEND and inclusive practice.
• Willingness to develop as a senior leader.

Responsibilities

• Manage provision for pupils identified as having SEND.
• Promote high-quality teaching and effective use of resources.
• Work with leadership and inclusion teams to ensure effective provision and safeguarding.
• Support staff with implementing inclusive practices and safeguarding.
