Responsibilities

• Creating an intentional learning environment for every student engaging, challenging, relevant and varied to provide every child with the opportunity to flourish, achieve and excel.
• Designing deep learning tasks and authentic experiences that scaffold thinking and levels of complexity in order to develop the school competencies (creativity, communication, critical thinking, character, collaboration, and citizenship).
• Using a variety of learning and assessment strategies to personalize the learning process.
• Providing guidance and support to students through the monitoring of progress, setting improvement strategies, forwarding and seeking information when necessary and assisting in the process of student development and evaluation.
• Actively implementing, upholding and supporting school values and school and department policies.
• Actively participating in the various teams to which they belong.
• Systematically and proactively developing own knowledge and skills through training opportunities.
