Job summary

EY GDS is seeking a Talent Operate - Security & Operations Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of security and operational initiatives across Talent systems, including Infosec compliance, GVM remediation, and ticket reduction initiatives. The role coordinates with Product Owners, Infosec teams, configuration teams, and delivery stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality execution.

Responsibilities

Review and assess security findings and enhancement requests with scope validation.
Lead remediation efforts, track GVM findings, and drive timely closure.
Analyze ticket trends, identify root causes, and implement process improvements.
Manage enhancement intake, prioritization, planning, and budget utilization.
Oversee change requests, releases, and production deployments with governance.
Lead technology refresh programs including upgrades and testing.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of initiatives.
Prepare operational metrics, risk dashboards, and executive updates.
Ensure compliance with security, audit, regulatory, and operational policies.
