Job summary

Bridgenext in LATAM is seeking an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master to foster continuous improvement across multiple teams. You will guide Agile adoption, facilitate ceremonies, and mentor Product Owners and analysts to high performance.

The role requires deep Agile knowledge, excellent facilitation, and strong collaboration with stakeholders to deliver value in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching and Scrum Master and PM roles.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile methodologies.
• Experience with multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum principles.
• Proficiency with Jira and Trello.
• CSM or PSM certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and coaching on Agile practices to teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Mentor Product Owners, Business Analysts and other roles.
• Act as liaison between development teams and stakeholders.
• Track team performance and report progress and impediments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives.

Position Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced an Agile Coach and Scrum Master to join our team in Latam.The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and guiding teams in the implementation of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile principles, exceptional facilitation skills, and the ability to mentor teams towards high performance

Responsibilities:

• Agile Coaching:
  • Provide guidance and coaching on Agile practices to teams, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on Agile methodologies and practices
  • Mentor and support Product Owners, Business Analysts and other roles within the organization
• Scrum Master Duties:
  • Serve as Scrum Master for several Agile teams
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives)
  • Ensure the team follows Agile principles and Scrum practices
  • Help the team to identify and remove impediments
  • Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders
  • Foster open and effective communication within the team and across the organization
  • Promote collaborative problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Track and report on team performance metrics and Agile maturity
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and impediments
  • Use data-driven insights to guide continuous improvement efforts
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to implement changes
    • Encourage experimentation and innovation within the team
    • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives

  Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching and Scrum Master and PM roles
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile methodologies in various environments
  • Experience working with multiple Agile teams simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, specifically Scrum
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and foster a collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
  • Certifications:
    • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
  • English Level: B2+ level is a must
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  Preferred Skills:

  • Additional Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Agile Coach, PMI-ACP) are a plus
