Bridgenext seeks an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master to join our LATAM team, guiding multiple Agile teams in Scrum practices and continuous improvement. You will coach cross-functional teams, facilitate ceremonies, and mentor key roles such as Product Owners and BAs to unlock high performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching and Scrum Master roles.
• Proven track record implementing Agile methodologies across environments.
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams concurrently.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• English at B2+ level required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments.
• Coach Product Owners, Business Analysts and other roles within the organization.

Position Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced an Agile Coach and Scrum Master to join our team in Latam.The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and guiding teams in the implementation of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile principles, exceptional facilitation skills, and the ability to mentor teams towards high performance

Responsibilities:

• Agile Coaching:
  • Provide guidance and coaching on Agile practices to teams, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on Agile methodologies and practices
  • Mentor and support Product Owners, Business Analysts and other roles within the organization
• Scrum Master Duties:
  • Serve as Scrum Master for several Agile teams
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives)
  • Ensure the team follows Agile principles and Scrum practices
  • Help the team to identify and remove impediments
  • Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders
  • Foster open and effective communication within the team and across the organization
  • Promote collaborative problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Track and report on team performance metrics and Agile maturity
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and impediments
  • Use data-driven insights to guide continuous improvement efforts
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to implement changes
    • Encourage experimentation and innovation within the team
    • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives

  Workplace: Open to candidates based in LATAM

  Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching and Scrum Master and PM roles
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile methodologies in various environments
  • Experience working with multiple Agile teams simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, specifically Scrum
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and foster a collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
  • Certifications:
    • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
  • English Level: B2+ level is a must
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  Preferred Skills:

  • Additional Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Agile Coach, PMI-ACP) are a plus

  Professional Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature
  • High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results
