Job summary

Bridgenext seeks an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master to join our LATAM team, guiding multiple Agile teams in Scrum practices and continuous improvement. You will coach cross-functional teams, facilitate ceremonies, and mentor key roles such as Product Owners and BAs to unlock high performance.

We value strong communication, collaboration, and data-driven improvement. The role is open to LATAM-based candidates, with remote options and a focus on inclusive, empowering culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching and Scrum Master roles.
• Proven track record implementing Agile methodologies across environments.
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams concurrently.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• English at B2+ level required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments.
• Coach Product Owners, Business Analysts and other roles within the organization.
• Act as a liaison between development teams and stakeholders.
• Track and report on team performance metrics and Agile maturity.
