Qualifications

• Experience leading Agile delivery in Healthcare, MedTech, Life Sciences, or other regulated environments.
• Experience supporting digital health solutions and regulated software development.
• Scrum Master for teams within FDA-regulated and GxP environments ensuring quality and validation.

Position Description

We are looking for a Scrum Master to enable cross-functional squads to develop customer solutions using the Agile ways of working that integrates the business and technical needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enable high-performing cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and business functions.
• Maintain traceability across requirements, user stories, risk controls, test cases, and release documentation while managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, and compliance requirements to support validated delivery and audit readiness.
• Ensure Agile delivery activities comply with FDA regulations, GxP requirements, and organizational processes.
• Maintain transparency across the organization about development progress and grow trust
• Identify trade-offs between short- and long-term benefits to drive shared vision between the team and Product owner/manager
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with strategic and operational goals.

Remote based role in LATAM, preferably in Buenos Aires, Argentina

Must Have Skills

• Domain Expertise
  • Experience leading Agile delivery in Healthcare, MedTech, Life Sciences, or other regulated environments.
  • Prior experience supporting digital health solutions, connected medical devices, clinical applications, or R&D organizations.
  • Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams operating within FDA-regulated and GxP-compliant environments, ensuring adherence to quality, compliance, and validation requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Product / Digital Expertise
  • Knowledgeable about various Agile methodologies, Product Management and experienced in coaching product and agile teams.
  • Delivery or software / product development background
  • Foundational skills (at minimum) in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation and Emerging Technology
• Leadership skills and behaviors
  • Strong delivery leadership with experience managing complex dependencies, driving stakeholder alignment, and leveraging data-driven continuous improvement practices.
    

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC)
