GyanSys Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Basis Administrator to maintain SAP ecosystems for optimal performance, availability and security. You will manage problem resolution, system monitoring, and admin tasks across ECC, BW, and other SAP components.

The role requires strong English communication, 7+ years in SAP Basis, familiarity with Oracle, SQL Server and SAP Solution Manager, and exposure to Azure cloud. You will collaborate with global teams and participate in on-call incident handling.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in SAP Basis Administration and Support.
• Strong knowledge on SAP architecture, NetWeaver, and related Basis components.
• Strong technical knowledge on Oracle DB, Microsoft SQL and SAP MaxDB.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager and system monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure) and SAP Cloud solutions is preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse remote teams, managing through a matrix structure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational support during US business hours (8AM to 5PM ET).
• Collaborate with functional teams and developers for system changes and enhancements.
• Provide technical support for SAP-related incidents and service requests.
• Be involved in on-call roster and participate in P1/P2 incident calls.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Manage SAP transports and maintain system integrity.
• Install, upgrade and maintain SAP systems (ECC, BW, BOBJ, APO, GATP, EWM, PI/PO, Solution Manager).
• Review, enhance and configure current SAP Solution Manager system to perform its core functionalities.

You will need Strong verbal communication in English.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Problem Support & Resolution:
• Provide operational support during US business hours (8AM to 5PM ET)
• Collaborate with functional teams and developers for system changes and enhancements.
• Provide technical support for SAP-related incidents and service requests.
• Be involved in on-call roster and participate in P1/P2 incident calls
• System Performance & Monitoring:
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Manage SAP transports and maintain system integrity.
• System Administration:
• Install, upgrade and maintain SAP systems (ECC, BW, BOBJ, APO, GATP, EWM, PI/PO, Solution Manager)
• Review, enhance and configure current SAP Solution Manager system to perform its core functionalities.
• Working knowledge (Maintain and upgrade) on various databases (Oracle, SQL Server or MaxDB) and operating systems (Linux/Unix/Windows).
• Documentation:
• Update system documentation, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides when required.
• Performs other duties as assigned by SAP Basis Manager.

EXPERIENCE:

• 7+ years of experience in SAP Basis Administration and Support
• Strong knowledge on SAP architecture, NetWeaver, and related Basis components.
• Strong technical knowledge on Oracle DB, Microsoft SQL and SAP MaxDB
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager and system monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure) and SAP Cloud solutions is preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse remote teams, managing through a matrix structure, and will require strong analytical, problem-solving and process management skills
