AgileEngine in Argentina is seeking a Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Copado, enabling reliable deployments across environments.

You will partner with developers, admins, QA, and release stakeholders to streamline release governance, automate repetitive tasks, and improve delivery speed.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including deployments.
• Hands-on with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce metadata, packaging, environment strategy, and release lifecycle.
• Experience with Git, branching models, automated testing, and CI/CD concepts.
• Familiarity with change sets, metadata API, DevOps Center, and deployment troubleshooting.
• Strong coordination and communication skills across technical and business teams.
• Upper-intermediate English

Responsabilidades

• Establish standards for release governance, testing, compliance, and change management.
• Automate repetitive deployment and validation tasks to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Document release procedures, deployment checklists, and operational runbooks.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to build reliable CI/CD pipelines using Copado and related tooling. This person manages deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production, reducing manual release effort through automation and strong process discipline. Comfort troubleshooting metadata conflicts and environment sync issues is essential.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

MUST HAVES

NICE TO HAVES

• Copado Fundamentals or advanced Copado certification.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or related certifications.
• Experience in regulated or large-scale enterprise delivery environments.
• Knowledge of test automation and release governance best practices.
