AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to build reliable CI/CD pipelines with Copado and related tooling. You will manage deployments from development through production, reducing manual effort through automation and disciplined processes.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of Salesforce experience, hands-on Copado skills, and a deep understanding of metadata, packaging, and release lifecycles. Strong communication across teams is essential, with upper-intermediate English.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce platform experience with deployment and release management.
• Hands-on experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, packaging, environment strategy, and release lifecycle management.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado and related DevOps tooling.
• Manage deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
• Support version control, branching strategies, release orchestration, backup, rollback, and environment management.
• Partner with developers, admins, QA, and release stakeholders to define and improve deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures, metadata conflicts, and environment synchronization issues.
• Establish standards for release governance, testing, compliance, and change management.
• Automate repetitive deployment and validation tasks to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Document release procedures, deployment checklists, and operational runbooks.
