AgileEngine, LLC. in Rosario, Argentina, seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions in an enterprise setting.

You will deliver scalable Apex components, build integrations, and implement business logic using Lightning (Aura/LWC). Collaborate with product, QA, and cross-functional teams across the full SDLC, write efficient SOQL/SOSL, and ensure robust data models.

• 5+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications.
• Proficiency in Apex (triggers, controllers, test classes).
• Proficiency in Lightning (Aura and/or LWC).
• Proficiency in Visualforce.
• Proficiency in SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience developing custom objects in Salesforce
• Experience integrating Salesforce with REST-based web services.
• Experience with AppExchange applications.
• Hands-on experience with Git and deployment/migration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle from analysis to post-release support.

• Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to support Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions within an enterprise environment. This role focuses on delivering scalable custom components, dependable integrations, and high-impact business functionality using Apex and Lightning frameworks. You will work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
• Develop scalable, high-quality applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning frameworks (Aura and/or LWC).

• Clearly communicate project status, risks, and technical considerations.
• Work efficiently within a defined project scope and contract duration.
• Support testing, deployment, and stabilization efforts as needed.

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications.
• Strong proficiency in Apex (triggers, controllers, test classes).
• Strong proficiency in Lightning (Aura and/or LWC).
• Strong proficiency in Visualforce.
• Strong proficiency in SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience developing custom objects and working within the Salesforce development environment.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST-based web services.
• Experience working with AppExchange applications.
• Hands-on experience with Git and deployment/migration tools (e.g., Copado or similar CI/CD tools).
• Demonstrated experience building business solutions within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

NICE TO HAVES

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
• Familiarity with complex data models and large-scale implementations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with AI-driven tools or services (e.g., predictive analytics, machine learning APIs, generative AI platforms).
• Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities, such as Einstein features or AI-powered automation within Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows or automation using REST APIs.
• Understanding of prompt engineering concepts or applying generative AI tools within business applications.
• Familiarity with data preparation, governance, and security considerations for AI-enabled solutions.
