AgileEngine in Argentina is seeking a Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to build reliable CI/CD pipelines using Copado and related tooling. You will manage deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production, reducing manual release effort through automation and strong process discipline.

You will troubleshoot metadata conflicts, establish release governance standards, and collaborate with developers, admins, QA, and stakeholders to optimize deployment processes and speed up delivery.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce platform experience including deployment and release management.
• Hands-on experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, packaging, environment strategy, and release lifecycle management.
• Experience with Git, branching models, automated testing, and CI/CD concepts.
• Familiarity with change sets, metadata API, DevOps Center, and deployment troubleshooting.
• Strong coordination and communication skills across technical and business teams.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
