Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
• Understanding of Salesforce fundamentals: objects, reporting, data hygiene.
• Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce CRM processes and workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow structured processes and document workflows clearly.

Responsibilities

• Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data (accounts, contacts, opportunities).
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and CRM functionality.
• Support CPQ and Revenue Cloud configuration and processes.
• Assist with quoting, pricing, product, and revenue operations in Salesforce.
• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and operational reports.
• Document Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud processes and configurations.
