Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, data management, and data hygiene.
• Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce CRM processes and workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when working with large datasets.
• Ability to follow structured processes and document workflows clearly.

Responsibilities

• Audit, maintain and clean Salesforce data including accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Identify duplicates and resolve incomplete or inconsistent records.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related CRM functionality.
• Support quoting, pricing, product, and revenue processes within Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
• Develop dashboards and reports for revenue and GTM operations.
• Document Salesforce processes and maintain SOPs.
• Collaborate with teams to improve CRM processes and data quality.
