Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise is required.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ is required.
• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce CRM processes and workflows.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.

Responsabilités

• Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data (accounts, contacts, opportunities).
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related CRM functionality.
• Support quoting, pricing, product, and revenue-related processes in Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud.
• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and operational reports.
• Develop documentation and SOPs for CRM processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements.
