Responsibilities

• Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data, including accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related CRM functionality; support CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and operational reports; support quoting, pricing, and revenue processes.
• Create and maintain SOPs and documentation for CRM processes and configurations.
