Accenture is seeking a Process Architect to shape Relationship Management processes, technology, data, and user experiences. You will bridge business needs with technology, working with Account Teams and leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions that drive adoption and business value.

You will design workflows, develop adoption strategies, and create dashboards and training materials to maximize tool usage and measurable impact across global teams.

• Strong experience in Salesforce, Microsoft Office (xls specifically), and other relationship centric tools.
• Experience with writing GenAI prompts and willingness to iterate.

• Proven track record of operational program management in a fast-moving, agile environment.
• Experience of working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary link between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating requirements into scalable solutions.
• Drive adoption, optimization, and evolution of relationship management tools including Salesforce and AI capabilities.
• Partner with Account Teams and leaders to understand user needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and optimize end-to-end practitioner workflows to improve user experience.
• Develop business cases, success measures, and adoption strategies for new capabilities.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior leadership on technology, data, and processes for client relationship management.
• Collaborate with Architecture, CIO, Analytics, Sales Operations, and Change Management teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Gather feedback, prioritize enhancements, and translate requirements into roadmaps.
• Create dashboards and measurement frameworks to drive informed decisions.
• Develop training materials and workshops to maximize tool value.
• Lead or support launch and integration of new capabilities across Relationship Management.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities to improve adoption.
• Partner with internal and external providers to design innovative solutions.
