Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to configure and optimize Salesforce orgs, leveraging no-code and low-code tools to streamline workflows and improve data visibility.

You will design flows and validation rules, manage users, and build reports and dashboards for stakeholders, all from a 100% remote role with flexible hours and global collaboration. Advanced English is required, and you will partner with global teams to deliver scalable solutions.

• 4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.

• Proficiency designing flows, validation rules, and automation.

Salesforce Administrator at BairesDev

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will configure and manage Salesforce organizations to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for platform configuration, leveraging no-code and low-code solutions to streamline operational workflows and enhance data visibility.

What You'll Do
