Americare is seeking a Sales Development Representative to connect with families and care managers, building rapport and guiding them through initial steps to use Americare’s home care and after-school healthcare services.

You will engage with Spanish-speaking families, perform supervised outreach, and maintain regular follow-ups while learning the services and templates used by the team.

Our client connects families with essential home care and after-school healthcare services. They build relationships with social workers and care managers to find families who need their support. You will learn their services and connect with potential clients and referral partners.

Your main goal is to build rapport with families and care managers. You will guide families through the first steps of using Americare's services. This role focuses on relationship building and warm outreach.

Responsibilities Of The Role

• Learn Americare’s home care services and communication templates.
• Shadow live calls and Zooms with care managers and families.
• Make supervised outreach calls to potential clients.
• Connect with Spanish-speaking families.
• Set up weekly follow-up cadences for warm leads.
• Ask referral partners for introductions to new contacts.
• Track personal details about partners.
• Maintain disciplined weekly follow-ups.

Required Experience And Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and confident English communication skills.
• Ability to handle long calling sessions without burnout.
• Resilience to handle frequent rejection without discouragement.
• Prior professional work experience.
• Resourcefulness and strong organizational skills.
• C2 English level.
