Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an RFM Applications Engineer to serve as the technical field expert for Kantori Remote Fluid Monitoring. You will implement, troubleshoot, and optimize RFM systems at customer sites, translating data into actionable guidance to improve drilling fluid performance.

You will partner with Drilling Fluids, Digital, and Engineering teams, deliver training, and support product improvements while traveling to customer locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with digital technologies, remote monitoring systems, instrumentation, automation platforms, sensors, or industrial control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience interacting with customers and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and calibrate Kantori RFM systems at customer sites.
• Support pre-job planning, readiness reviews, and field deployments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and data integration issues.
• Support trials, pilots, and new product introductions.
• Analyze data trends and recommend actions to optimize fluid performance.
• Collaborate with Drilling Fluids teams to integrate RFM workflows.
• Demonstrate value of RFM technology to customers and Baker Hughes.
