Baker Hughes is seeking an RFM Applications Engineer to act as the technical field expert for Kantori Remote Fluid Monitoring. You will support deployments, optimize systems, troubleshoot issues, and drive customer adoption of remote monitoring solutions.

You will translate real-time data into actionable recommendations to improve drilling fluid performance and operational efficiency, collaborating with Drilling Fluids, Digital, and Product teams in field environments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Petroleum or Mechanical Eng.
• Experience with digital technologies and remote monitoring systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience interacting with customers in field environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate data into business value and travel as needed.

Aufgaben

• Install, commission, and calibrate Kantori RFM systems at customer sites.
• Support pre-job planning, readiness reviews, and field deployments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and data integration issues.
• Assist technology trials and new product introductions.
• Analyze data trends to optimize drilling fluid performance.
• Collaborate with Drilling Fluids teams to integrate RFM workflows.
• Demonstrate technical and economic value to customers.
• Provide training and technical support to customers and Baker Hughes staff.
• Maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Work with Digital, Engineering, and Product teams for improvements.
