Baker Hughes is seeking an RFM Applications Engineer to serve as the technical field expert for Kantori Remote Fluid Monitoring. You will support deployments, optimization, troubleshooting, and customer adoption initiatives across remote monitoring solutions.

The role focuses on translating real-time data into actionable recommendations to improve drilling fluid performance, efficiency, and overall customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• Experience with digital technologies, remote monitoring systems, instrumentation, automation platforms, sensors, or industrial control systems
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving capabilities
• Experience interacting directly with customers and operational teams in field environments
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate technical and operational data into meaningful business value for customers
• Willingness to travel to support operations and customer needs

Responsabilités

• Installing, commissioning, and calibrating Kantori RFM systems at customer locations
• Supporting pre-job planning activities, operational readiness reviews, and field deployments
• Troubleshooting hardware, communication, connectivity, and data integration issues
• Supporting technology trials, pilot programs, and new product introductions
• Analyzing operational data trends and providing recommendations to optimize drilling fluid performance
• Collaborating with Drilling Fluids operations teams to integrate RFM workflows into day-to-day activities
• Working directly with customers to demonstrate the technical and economic value delivered through RFM technology
• Delivering training and technical support to customers and Baker Hughes personnel regarding system operation and data interpretation
• Maintaining technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practices
• Working closely with Digital, Engineering, and Product Management teams to support continuous product improvement
