Job summary
Baker Hughes is seeking an RFM Applications Engineer in Argentina to act as the technical field expert for Kantori Remote Fluid Monitoring (RFM) technology. You will support deployments, optimization, troubleshooting, and customer adoption activities to deliver value from real-time data.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Experience with digital technologies, remote monitoring systems, instrumentation, or automation platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve field issues promptly.
Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and calibrate Kantori RFM systems at customer locations.
- Support pre-job planning, operational readiness reviews, and field deployments.
- Troubleshoot hardware, communication, connectivity, and data integration issues.
- Support technology trials, pilots, and new product introductions.
- Analyze data trends and provide recommendations to optimize drilling fluid performance.
- Collaborate with operations teams to integrate RFM workflows into daily activities.
- Demonstrate technical and economic value of RFM technology to customers.
