Ecolab, Inc. is seeking an Associate Logistics Analyst to support the North American Logistics group within Supply Chain. The role focuses on expediting shipments, carrier coordination, and maintaining track and trace for in-transit orders.

The position requires 1+ years in logistics/transport operations, proficiency with Excel/Access, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Some roles may involve BA/BS coursework in logistics or related fields.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of professional work experience in logistics/transport operations
• BA/BS in progress in Logistics, Transportation or Supply Chain Management preferred
• Experience with spreadsheet or database applications helpful

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support daily expedite requests for an assigned geographic region, scheduling shipments and carrier utilization
• Utilize transportation management software to rate, schedule, and route shipments
• Monitor expedite shipments and resolve transportation and inventory issues with customers
• Communicate via phone and email to provide order status and product availability
• Maintain track and trace for in-transit shipments
• Ensure timely and accurate expedite order cutoffs aligned with warehouse workflow
• Assist with cost management per contract and budget guidelines
• Collaborate with team and provide coverage when needed
• Additional duties as assigned
