Job summary

Ecolab in Buenos Aires is seeking an Associate Logistics Manager to lead the North America Logistics Control Tower's expedited service. You will guide the Expedite team, drive performance, and partner with Commercial, Customer Service, Planning, Warehousing, and Transportation to meet tight timelines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in logistics and at least 1+ year of people leadership, with strong English communication and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related field.
1+ years of people leadership or transportation management experience.
Strong English written and verbal communication.
Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
Ability to travel up to 10% (Preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of expedited service, ensuring on-time shipments with urgency.
Coach and develop the Expedite team through performance planning and feedback.
Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Service, Planning, Warehousing, and Transportation.
Serve as leadership escalation point for critical expedited shipments.
Develop standards, escalation paths, and stakeholder communications.
Drive data-driven performance reviews and root-cause analysis.
Monitor KPIs for expedited transportation and cost control.
Identify opportunities to reduce avoidable expedites through cross-functional problem solving.
Build partnerships with North America stakeholders and communicate risks clearly.
Standardize work and routines to improve consistency and resilience.
Support tech, analytics, and automation initiatives for visibility and decision making.
Foster inclusive, safety-first leadership and participate in Control Tower strategy.
