Rural King is seeking a Recovery Associate to maintain the store’s appearance, restock shelves, and ensure a clean, inviting shopping environment. You will deliver excellent customer service, greet customers, and support sales through organized displays and well-maintained facilities.

You will work collaboratively across departments, follow safety guidelines, and participate in training to stay current with store standards and procedures.

Formación

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and initiative.

• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold store look and ensure merchandise is correctly restocked and presented.
• Greet customers within a ten-foot radius.
• Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions and provide high-quality service.
• Organize, restock, and arrange products for displays.
• Maintain knowledge of products and store locations.
• Complete the daily department recovery process for assigned areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization, including wiping shelves and floors.
• Adhere to merchandising standards and safety protocols.
• Operate handheld devices, checkout counters, and basic retail equipment.
