• Deliver exceptional customer service by helping customers load purchases into their vehicles.
• Collect signatures for load out tickets to confirm transactions.
• Perform load outs from store to vehicles ensuring safe loading.
• Maintain consistent outside presentation per Outdoor Merchandising Guide.
• Ensure product pricing is accurate for customers.
• Keep parking lot and outdoor areas clean and orderly.
• Zone outdoor spaces to maintain a tidy display.
• Operate tools and equipment like Telxon guns and pallet jacks.
• Participate in cross-training for flexibility across departments.
• Engage in training programs and development opportunities.
