Trafigura is seeking a hands-on Retail IT liaison in Argentina to serve as the local IT contact for station operators, vendors and regional/global IT teams. You will translate on-site needs into clear IT requirements, monitor progress, and validate solutions in real operating conditions.

You will travel to nearby stations, support UAT and go-live activities, and escalate issues with disciplined follow-up. Strong business analysis, stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Formación

• University degree in Information Systems, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in IT roles combining business analysis, IT operations or project coordination.
• Experience gathering requirements and coordinating vendors/technical teams.
• Exposure to POS, site systems, loyalty or fleet platforms a plus.
• Proficient in English; strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Understand processes and translate them into functional requirements for regional IT and vendors.
• Facilitate meetings/workshops to align requirements and priorities with stakeholders.
• Coordinate local workstreams for projects and change requests with milestone tracking.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with local vendors and regional/global IT; track SLAs.
• Support go-live preparation, testing (UAT) and post-implementation validation.
• Act as local escalation point for incidents; support IT incident, change and problem management.
• Maintain updated view of local IT solutions and report trends to regional IT team.
