Job summary

Southbay is seeking a skilled Webflow Developer & Webmaster to take ownership of our website from development to deployment and ongoing upkeep. This is a fully remote, part-time role (80 hours per month) designed for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a startup setting.

You will build new pages in Webflow, maintain site health, deploy updates, and implement basic SEO to improve discoverability. Fluent English is required; Spanish or German skills are a bonus.

• 5+ years of professional Webmaster experience.
• Minimum 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup environment experience and adaptability.
• Fluent English; Spanish or German a plus.

About the Role:

• Flexible & Remote: This is a fully remote, part-time position (80 hours per month), giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.
• End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.
• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup Ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
