Job summary

Rumzer is seeking a talented Webflow Developer & Webmaster for a fully remote, part-time role (80 hours per month). You will own the website development, deployment, and ongoing upkeep, building new pages in Webflow and keeping the site healthy.

Fluent English is required; Spanish or German skills are a plus. You should have at least five years as a Webmaster and two years working extensively with Webflow, thriving in a fast-moving startup environment and delivering high-quality, high-performing

• Startup-ready attitude with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.
• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup Ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
