Job summary

Rumzer is seeking a talented Webflow Developer & Webmaster to join as a remote, part-time team member responsible for building pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates.

You will own the website from end to end, implement basic SEO, and collaborate with a small startup team in a fast-moving environment. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish or German is a plus.

• Flexible & Remote: This is a fully remote, part-time position (80 hours per month), giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.
• End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.
• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup Ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
