Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Web Full Stack Engineer to develop and scale cloud-native web applications across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure. You will transform prototypes and automation tools into production-ready features, collaborating with product and data teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience with API integrations and cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, or Azure), plus experience with automation tools and IDP solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing full-stack web applications with complex API integrations and background job processing.
• Hands-on experience deploying and monitoring scalable cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Practical exposure to automation tools, RPA bots, or IDP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale high-performance, cloud-native web applications across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Transform prototypes, automation tools, and predictive models into scalable, production-ready features in collaboration with product and data teams.
• Optimize backend worker queues, background jobs, and cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and low latency.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, improve code quality, conduct code reviews, and automate testing.
• Build dashboards that provide visibility into automation pipelines and support integrations with platforms such as UiPath and Gemini Agents.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a culture of mentorship and continuous improvement.
