Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking two Junior Brand Designers to join a fully remote team focused on social media content and multi-brand collateral. You will work within established brand systems, applying strong visual taste and independent decision making to deliver polished assets.

Ideal candidates bring proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CapCut or Premiere Pro, and a solid English fluency.

Qualifications

Strong creative judgment, visual taste, and attention to detail.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Ability to work within existing brand systems while knowing when and how to expand them.
Strong understanding of typography, composition, spacing, imagery, and visual hierarchy.
Strong professional English, both written and spoken.
Ability to understand detailed creative briefs and identify copy or visual inconsistencies.
Comfortable editing basic short-form video using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design execution across social media and branding.

Responsibilities

Design social media content for feeds, stories, and other formats across multiple brands.
Work from content queues, briefs, and established visual systems.
Create and adapt designs using Adobe Creative Suite.
Extend existing templates while maintaining brand consistency.
Support decks, collateral, and presentations.
Review photography and video to select the strongest assets for each brand.
Source imagery that fits each brand’s identity.
Turn raw content into polished, on-brand assets with minimal guidance.
Produce first drafts with minimal revisions.
Review work for spelling, typography, spacing, and brand accuracy.
