Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an experienced CRM marketer to own the VIP Audiences & Experiences program, building AI-assisted outreach sequences and data-enrichment workflows for high-value clients. You’ll work end-to-end to optimize engagement and revenue impact.

You will use Claude daily for copy and workflow logic, report to the Director of VIP Audiences & Experiences, and contribute directly to meetings booked and accounts expanded while working 100% remotely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across email, direct mail, and event follow-up for VIP account segments.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted automation workflows connecting outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools.
• Use Claude as primary AI tool daily for outreach copy, contact research, account intelligence, and workflow logic.
• Track and report on pipeline outcomes including meetings booked, accounts expanded, and revenue influenced.
• Own data enrichment workflows, keeping VIP contact records accurate, current, and actionable.
