Job summary

High Scale is seeking a hands-on Account Manager to own client journeys from proposal to ongoing optimization, drafting brand messaging in Claude and managing SEO, social, and paid media directly.

You will onboard multi-location clients, ensure tracking counts bookings, build Claude workflows, and tailor copy to each brand while maintaining trust and tone.

This fully remote LATAM role pays in USD, follows US Central hours, offers unlimited PTO, and scalable scope as the agency grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for multiple clients.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, or site launches.
• Daily use of Claude and related tools; experience building Claude workflows.
• Near-native English for client calls and updates.
• Experience managing several client accounts, often across locations.
• Strong brand and copy judgment; ability to explain and defend decisions.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get sites and channels live within ~2 weeks.
• Confirm tracking counts real bookings before budget moves.
• Write brand messaging, location pages, and client updates.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad structure.
• Structure multi-location accounts with clear location-level metrics.
• Create Claude workflows to automate recurring tasks.
• Join client calls across time zones.
