Qualifications

• 3-7 years of professional experience in sales or business development.
• Hands-on outbound prospecting including cold calls, email, and LinkedIn as SDR/BDR.
• Experience selling to or working with US-based customers or teams.
• Background in B2B companies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound demand-gen campaigns and build target lists.
• Convert conversations into qualified leads and hand off to licensing partners.
• Manage prospect lifecycle in CRM from first contact through qualification.
• Report pipeline status and market feedback to optimize targeting.
• Help shape messaging and targeting strategies based on data.
