Job summary

Clients Blackbox seeks an experienced Video Editor to produce high-retention content for Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, and other digital platforms. You will work from raw footage to create polished, brand-consistent videos with a strong creative eye in a fast-paced workflow.

Ideal candidates have a strong portfolio, expert Premiere Pro and After Effects skills (motion graphics/kinetic text), and can handle multiple videos.

Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, including motion graphics and kinetic text.
• Professional video editing experience and a strong portfolio.
• Experience editing Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Proven ability to create high-retention content.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work U.S. business hours.
• Reliable internet connection and remote-work setup.
• Experience with UI/UX, SaaS, websites, or apps is a plus.

Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Video Editor to produce high-retention content for Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, and other digital platforms. You'll work from raw footage and source material to create polished, ready-to-publish videos that are well-paced, visually engaging, and consistent with our brand style. This role is ideal for an editor with a strong creative eye who enjoys a structured, fast-paced workflow and can confidently manage multiple videos in production at once. Experience creating content for UI/UX, SaaS, websites, apps, or digital interfaces is a strong plus.
