Dotyeti Design is seeking a Graphic Design Manager to lead visuals for e-commerce, web, and omnichannel campaigns. This remote role in AMBA offers mentorship to junior designers and collaboration with in-house and freelance teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused design solutions.

Responsibilities span ideation, client consultation, and strategy alignment with business goals; strong UX/UI, HTML/CSS, and Figma/Adobe skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong visual design aesthetic with web/mobile experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the team; execute on shared project vision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for design discussions.
• UX/UI skills including wireframes, sitemaps, and information architecture.
• 4+ years of digital design experience; agency experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts.
• Map designs to client goals and audiences.
• Collaborate with designers, both in-house and freelance.
• Mentor junior designers and interns.
• Provide feedback in client meetings and workshops.
• Use AI to improve workflow efficiency and streamline design processes.
• Research and provide strategic, data-backed design solutions for clients.
