Listo is seeking a Graphic Design Manager to lead visual concepts for ecommerce, web and mobile experiences, and omnichannel campaigns. This remote role supports the AMBA region with a strong design mindset and collaboration across teams.

You will mentor designers, work with in-house and freelance partners, and advocate for UX/UI excellence using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and HTML/CSS. USD-based compensation and flexible hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Advertising, Graphic Design or similar discipline.
• 3-5 years digital design experience, agency background preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; HTML/CSS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts.
• Create designs mapped to client goals, audience and verticals.
• Collaborate with in-house and freelance designers.
• Mentor junior designers and interns.
• Provide feedback during presentations and meetings.
• Use AI to improve workflow and efficiency.
