Ryz Labs is seeking a Graphic Design Manager to lead visual concepts for e-commerce, web, and omnichannel campaigns. You will guide designers, ensure high-quality outputs, and align designs with client business goals.

The role emphasizes mentoring, proactive tool adoption, and collaboration with in-house and freelance teams. Remote work from AMBA with opportunities for growth and English communication requirements.

Formación

• Strong visual design aesthetic with layout, typography, color and image composition for web/mobile.
• 4+ years of digital design experience, with agency exposure preferred.
• Ability to articulate design concepts to clients and teams.
• Experience building data-backed designs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts for e-commerce, web and mobile.
• Map designs to client goals, audience, and verticals.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with in-house and freelance teams.
• Estimate time to complete work accurately and participate in client workshops.
