Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) required and admitted to practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience handling U.S. immigration cases.
• Experience using legal case management and CRM software (Docketwise, PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Pipefile, or similar).
• Strong drafting, organizational, and multitasking abilities; high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Draft and review legal documents, declarations, affidavits, letters, and client correspondence.
• Communicate with clients to gather information, request documents, provide updates, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain organized digital case files to support efficient management and retrieval.
• Manage and update legal case management and CRM systems (e.g., PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Docketwise).
• Track filing deadlines, monitor case progress, and assist with scheduling and coordination.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff on case preparation, workflows, and strategy implementation.
• Utilize legal technology and AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Meet performance expectations related to quality and client service.
