Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal for a remote, full-time contractor role. You will independently manage high-volume employment-based immigration matters and prepare filings for H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B/L-2, TN, O-1, and E-3 cases.

You will support PERM, I-140, and I-485 processes, draft client-ready letters, and handle RFEs/NOIDs with strong organization. English proficiency is essential; Spanish helpful as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of direct business immigration paralegal experience.
• Experience preparing and supporting filings for H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B/L-2, TN, O-1, and E-3 petitions.
• Experience with PERM, I-140 (EB categories), and I-485 filings.
• Strong English communication skills for client-facing work.
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a high-volume employment-based immigration caseload with accuracy and strong client service.
• Prepare and file non-immigrant petitions including H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B/L-2, TN, O-1, and E-3 matters.
• Support immigrant processes including PERM, I-140 (EB categories), and I-485.
• Draft strong, compliant support letters for O-1 and L-1A filings.
• Draft basic letters for H-1B filings and simple RFE responses with client-ready writing.
• Prepare detailed responses for RFEs, NOIDs, and PERM audits with exhibits and timelines.
• Maintain tight case tracking, calendars, and internal documentation to ensure deadlines are met.
