ScholarshipOwl is seeking an analytical Traffic Team Lead to scale user acquisition across paid and affiliate channels. As a hands-on leader, you will mentor PPC and Affiliate Managers while still coding campaign mechanics and tracking architecture.

You will optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV, oversee budgets in real time, and drive accountability through clear KPIs. This role requires deep experience in attribution, fraud mitigation, and building high-output teams in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance marketing / user acquisition.
• Hands-on PPC and affiliate management experience.
• Experience leading a growth/traffic team.
• Strong budget and KPI discipline.
• Analytical and data-driven decision maker.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop PPC and Affiliate teams.
• Own budgets and real-time CAC/ROAS decisions.
• Oversee tracking accuracy across GA4, Mixpanel, TUNE.
• Identify opportunities and forecast performance weekly.
• Communicate performance risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
