Atomic HR is seeking a Tracking Specialist to join its Data & Analytics team. You will own the web analytics and pixel deployment architecture, implementing tracking via GTM, debugging issues across ad platforms, and ensuring airtight data collection from first click to CRM entry.

You will lead tag management, QA, and cross-team documentation while supporting conversion tracking across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in a marketing or agency environment.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, triggers and variables, data layer implementation, and server-side tagging.
• Practical experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms, with working knowledge of pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) configuration for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Hands-on GA4 experience, including event configuration, key events, and DebugView.
• Understanding of data privacy requirements (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management platforms, and of how tracking decisions affect Paid Media performance KPIs.
• Analytical, solution-driven mindset with a growth orientation, and strong communication skills that translate technical tracking into clear narratives for non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own tag management & deployment — manage GTM container structure, triggers, and variables across a multi-client environment; implement server-side tagging where useful.
• Own QA, debugging & data integrity — audit and debug broken tags, data discrepancies; verify events in GA4 DebugView before live campaigns.
• Support documentation & cross-team enablement — maintain tagging plans, naming conventions, and QA checklists; document technical setups for internal teams.
