Atomic Hr is hiring a Tracking Specialist to join its Data & Analytics team. You will own the web analytics and pixel deployment architecture that underpins campaigns across education and nonprofit clients.

You will implement Google Tag Manager, maintain data layers, and ensure data quality from first click to CRM entry. You’ll work on server-side tagging where it adds value and document tracking setups for cross-team clarity.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in a marketing or agency environment.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, trigger and variable creation, data layer implementation, and server-side tagging.
• Practical experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms, with working knowledge of pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) configuration for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Hands-on GA4 experience, including event configuration, key events, and DebugView
• Understanding of data privacy requirements (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management platforms, and of how tracking decisions affect Paid Media performance KPIs

Responsabilidades

• Own tag management & deployment — deploy, configure, and maintain pixels, tags, and scripts in Google Tag Manager; build data layers; manage container structure across a multi-client environment; implement server-side tagging when it improves measurement.
• Own QA, debugging & data integrity — audit and debug broken tags, dropped events, and data discrepancies; troubleshoot mismatches between ad platforms, GA4, and CRM; run routine tag health audits; verify events before campaigns go live.
• Support documentation & cross-team enablement — maintain tagging plans, naming conventions, and QA checklists; translate business requirements into tracking solutions; document setups so teams can interpret data.
