Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking a knowledgeable Medical Doctor (MD/MBBS) for telehealth operations. You will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, review histories, assess symptoms, and provide clinical recommendations within a HIPAA-compliant framework.

The ideal candidate has strong clinical judgment, extensive medical knowledge, and experience with EHR/EMR systems, including eClinicalWorks. This is a remote, full-time position with US telehealth operations.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD/MBBS) from an accredited institution.
• Clinical experience as a physician or GP.
• Strong medical terminology and knowledge of common conditions.
• Experience with telehealth, remote assessments, and HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for telehealth consultations, conducting comprehensive medical evaluations.
• Document patient demographics, medical history, medicines, allergies, and prior surgeries.
• Evaluate symptoms and determine probable diagnoses with clinical judgment.
• Review labs, records, and prior diagnoses to inform treatment plans.
• Recommend and prescribe medications where legally authorized; ensure safe dosing.
• Identify urgent symptoms and determine need for escalation or in-person evaluation.
• Maintain thorough, confidential medical records in the EHR/EMR system.
• Communicate clearly with patients about conditions, options, and instructions.
