Job summary

Iqvia Argentina seeks a Technical SEO Lead for a fully remote role with a U.S.-based higher education marketing agency. You will own technical SEO across client accounts, run audits, write developer-ready specs, and verify fixes.

You will also build Claude-based tools and workflows to automate audits, reporting, QA, and content production, helping the team scale while editors focus on content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO, with at least 3 focused on technical SEO
• Track record of uncovering high-impact issues and fixing them
• Hands-on experience with GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
• Strong knowledge of WordPress: themes, plugins, redirects, and schema
• Advanced experience with Claude, building agents and AI-assisted workflows
• Clear written communication and ability to spec fixes for developers
• Comfort owning outcomes across many accounts simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts
• Run technical audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, and broken links
• Prioritize issues by impact and effort, defend decisions
• Write dev-ready specs and ensure fixes are released and verified
• Handle light WordPress implementation: titles, meta descriptions, redirects, schema
• Monitor GSC and GA4 to catch drops, errors, indexing issues
• Prepare AI-ready readiness for AI search (AEO/GEO) including structured data
• Build scalable SEO systems and Claude-based tools for audits, reporting, QA
• Translate standards into reusable systems and train the team
• Connect data sources into workflows and measure time savings and results
